Why Training Matters
Compliance is not just about avoiding penalties. It protects our reputation, builds trust with customers, and strengthens long-term growth.
Key Red Flags
- Discussions with competitors about prices or markets
- Receiving confidential competitor/customer data
- “Gentlemen’s agreements” or informal deals
- Unusual requests to delete or conceal records
Dawn Raid Protocol
- Stay calm and polite
- Ask for ID and legal basis for the visit
- Contact the legal hotline immediately
- Do not delete, hide, or obstruct access to data

Knowledge Check
Scenario: A competitor casually mentions “aligning prices” at a trade fair. What do you do?
- 🚫 Do not engage or agree
- ✅ Object, leave immediately, and record the incident
- 📞 Report to Legal/Compliance right away
